<p>
第五届光电信息与计算机工程国际学术会议（OICE2026）将于2026年5月15-17日在中国哈尔滨召开，本次会议由哈尔滨工业大学航天学院主办。会议设有多专题分会，包括大会报告，邀请报告，口头报告和海报展示等多个环节。谨代表组委会，诚挚邀请您参与OICE2026，共聚魅力哈尔滨！<br />
作为年度学术会议，OICE系列会议已成功举办四届，吸引了来自中国、英国、俄罗斯、加拿大等10多个国家和地区的代表参加，往届出版的论文集均已入库SPIE Digital Library, Ei Compendex, Scopus。
