● <b>重要说明</b><br />
• 若文章需要正式出版，每篇录用文章必须由至少一位作者公开展示。<br />
• 由于不可抗力导致的会议不能如期召开，组委会不承担相应的责任，损失或赔偿。<br />
• 由于个人原因撤稿的文章，扣除处理费800元后，原路退还费用。由于学术不端等问题导致的拒稿，费用无法退还。会议结束后统一退款。
